black mold loud entertainment

i anticipated a wonderful stay after seeing high ratings online. it was disappointing. black mold was present in the bathroom especially on the shower head. the entertainment was loud outside my lateral sea-view room until midnight every night.

beautiful surrounding great variety old shower empty fridge

the complex had beautiful surroundings i found the dining experience a treat every meal was delicious i enjoyed the great variety of dishes i couldn't have asked for a better stay. the entertainment staff brought so much energy to every event they made our evenings nice.

the shower was looking old in parts i noticed the shower was not cleaned well. i found the fridge in the room empty this seemed ridiculous at least have some water in there. i have stayed in other hotels with an included fridge with drinks.

The hotel's beach location was perfect. i found the bedroom large and well furnished. It was kept very clean throughout my stay.

The food was not great, it tasted very similar each day. the wine was also not nice, i thought. The restaurant felt quite dark and dingy.

The staff was polite. The variety of food available each day was good. The pools were nice with three heated options including one indoor.

The room requires refurbishment. The room had only two power sockets. The bath towels were small and thin.
